Meeting Instructions

Cruise Passengers Using Courtesy Transportation

Roatan has two cruise ship ports: Mahogany Bay and the Port of Roatan (Town Center, Coxen Hole).

Please be sure to verify which terminal your ship will be docking at before you come on your cruise. Please also ensure that the time you’ve indicated on your booking is in local time (CST) which may be different from the time zone used by your ship (most ships use the time zone of their original port). If you need to update the port and/or scheduled time indicated on your booking, please Contact Us, and include your booking number.

For last-minute itinerary changes (either a port or schedule change), please call us at +504 9967-1381.

Additionally, as most ships arrive around 7am local time, we aim to have the buses depart the ports by 8:30am-9am local time at the latest. If you’re running late, please call us at +504 9967-1381.

Mahogany Bay

Meeting instructions for passengers arriving to the cruise terminal at Mahogany Bay:

Exit the ship and walk up the main path into the shopping area
Continue past the fountains, through the shopping area, to the red-top building on the right
Enter that building and walk to the end of sidewalk (past where the white taxis are parked)
Make a left at paved road and walk up the hill to the MAIN ENTRANCE ACCESS gate; walk through the gate and down the hill
Your South Shore Adventures tour guide will be waiting for you on the right with a South Shore Zipline sign (keep in mind that there will be other operators holding signs), and will take you to the van
You will need to present your booking CONFIRMATION VOUCHER when you connect with your South Shore Adventures tour guide (either digitally or via printed copy) so be sure to have it handy.

Port of Roatan

Meeting instructions for passengers arriving to the cruise terminal at the Port of Roatan (Town Center, Coxen Hole):

Exit the ship and walk to the main shopping area
Watch for the large Diamonds International store on your right
Keep walking until you see the RESTROOMS sign, then turn right
Ahead you will see wooden booths where various tours are being sold. Look for the South Shore Zipline tour booth (DO NOT walk out to public street, as we are located inside the cruise terminal area)
Your South Shore Adventures tour guide will meet you at the booth and take you to the van.
You will need to present your booking CONFIRMATION VOUCHER when you connect with your South Shore Adventures tour guide (either digitally or via printed copy) so be sure to have it handy.
