Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 7 days more or prior to the tour date are entitled to a full refund.  Full refunds are also provided for cruise ship passengers if their ship does not dock in Roatan due to weather, mechanical issues, or other reasons. 

While we provide our tours in the rain, should we be unable to provide our tours due to extreme weather, a full refund will also be issued.

All bookings are otherwise non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days prior to the tour date. 

Booking Changes

If you have a confirmed booking and need to make changes, please Contact Us and be sure to include your booking number so that we can assist you.

Please note that any changes to a booking are considered a cancellation and rebooking, and that our Cancellation Policies apply.
